Form blocks

Description:

The form blocks display fields that can be added as desired.

Blocks that are available for selection:

• Text field
• Upload file
• Selection list
• Number field
• checkbox
• Radio buttons
• Textarea
• Captcha
• Submit

Settings:

1. It is possible to enter an e-mail to which the entered form data will be sent.
2. The sender's display name can be displayed next to the e-mail.
3. The e-mail subject can be entered.
4. An e-mail template can be selected.
5. The format in which the data is to be saved can be selected.
6. The format in which the data is to be uploaded can be selected.
7. A success message can be specified.
8. An error message can be specified.
9. It is possible to define invisible fields that are not displayed but are available for evaluation.
