Contact form

Description:

The contact form block displays a text with two icons on the left (50% width) and a contact form on the right (50% width) on a dark background. The left area above the contact form is displayed on mobile devices.

Settings:

1. The icons can be selected from the Font-Awesome 5 image library
2. A separate heading can optionally be displayed above the text
   • If this is activated, the heading size can be selected (H2 (default), H3, H4)
3. The dark background can be replaced with an image
4. Any number of additional fields can be added (these are displayed above the message field)
   • A name and a label can be set for each field
   • A descriptive text can be set for each field
   • The type can be selected for each field (text (default), e-mail or selection)
     • For the e-mail type, a confirmation e-mail can optionally be sent to the e-mail entered
     • For the selection type, the selectable options can be defined with description and labelling
   • For each field, you can decide whether it should only be 50% wide
   • For each field, you can decide whether it is a mandatory field
5. The standard message field can optionally be hidden
6. You can optionally set your own text for the send button
7. The sender of the sent email can be set
8. The recipient of the sent email must be set
9. An email template can optionally be stored
10. Optionally, a customised success message can be stored
11. Extended spam protection can optionally be activated
    • If this is activated, a captcha is also integrated in addition to a honeypot and protection against multiple sending
